I have included 2 sizing options, in order to fit varying frame sizes based on personal preference:

8x12" - 203 x 305mm
16x24" - 406 x 609mm
20x30" - 508 x 776mm

The above dimensions reflect the original aspect ratio of the image (2:3)

A4 - 210 x 297mm (8.3 x 11.7")
A3 - 420 x 297mm (16.5 x 11.7")
A2 - 594 x 420mm (23.4 x 16.5")
A1 - 841 x 594mm (33.1 x 23.4")

The above dimensions will require a minor crop of the image in order to fit these more popular frame sizes (2.83:3)
